You are invited to go back in time and experience one of the many trolleys
that serviced Asheville and WNC on the Craggy Mountain Line.
Asheville Prime Timers have reserved the entire Trolley Line for a special ride on Saturday, December 8. We will enjoy an hour long scenic excursion along the French Broad River, Riverside Drive into Weaverville then back to Woodfin. This holiday train ride will benefit Trinity Place Youth Shelter. (see below)
Celebrate the Holidays with helping homeless and
run-away youth while enjoying a trip from yesteryear.
In addition to the trolley ride, a special surprise awaits you upon boarding. Then after the Ride, take your time to go through the many restored trolley cars from Asheville and other cities and visit Santa and Mrs. Claus for hot chocolate and cookies, all included with your ticket.
Time: Arrive no later than 2:30 PM to board. Return around 4:00 PM.

**Trinity Place Youth Shelter is a non-profit connected with Eckerd Connects and the Caring-for-Children network. Located in Asheville, they provide an emergency homeless shelter for youth and runaway’s aged 7-17. Case managers provide support for both youth and their families and provide referrals to community services for longer term support. All services to both youth and families are completely free.
